ORDER & CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed and payment received, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided on your order. Please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created and you will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email. Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International) - Delays within the USPS due to the Pandemic may prolong estimated delivery times.

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Custom Fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to know the custom fees for your country or province. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for your package to be inspected and cleared.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
HOLY GIRL OFFICIAL is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Refunds nor placements are given by HOLY GIRL OFFICIAL for any lost or stolen packages. All Packages will have a tracking number given by USPS which also provide updates thru their system per occurrence of your package's movement and handling. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office. For this service please click the link below.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our business (cosmetics), federal health regulations, will not allow cosmetics to be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason all sales are final. HOLY GIRL OFFICIAL will not accept returns/exchanges for used and/or opened products. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges on personal use products for any reason. If you received the wrong product, leave it unopened and contact customer service as soon as your order is received. In this case all customers must provide our customer service with the item’s picture they want to return due to the wrong product being received. This is to confirm the sellable condition of the product. After the picture is received, customer service will conduct an assessment and if found necessary, will send to the customer a return authorization number and instructions to return. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date only. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order after this time period, there will be a $10 flat rate fee deducted.
